It started out as follows:
I did this Cross fit workout last night and found out my cardio sucks. I challenge you to try it and see what you can get for a time.
Workout - 30 clean and press of 60 kg. It took me 6:00 min. I am proud to say that I did not puke ( wanted to ) and I am still alive.
If you decide to do it let me know what you got for time, it will serve as some motivation next time I attempt it.
Anyone wanting to give it a shot...please do and post your time in this thread.
