I am currently weighing in at 234 lbs and all my lifts and events need a ton of work, So if any body have any tips or suggestions or just want to laugh at how weak I am that would be cool and greatly appreciated.

I have a question for anybody that will help. I tore ligaments in my spine in march deadlifting and now deadlifting scares the hell out of me but i want to do it again because it was my fav lift before i injured myself and because it is probably the most common lift in strongman, so does anyone have any ideas how i should ease back in and start deadlifting again? thanks
