Thanks to Brent for putting on a good show. Overall I wasnt that happy with how i performed. The 18inch deadlift for me is my worst event by far. I had done well in training and was hoping for 850lbs but it did nt happen. My stones should have been alot faster so i need to work on not fumbling with them. The farmers jhad been a strong point for me in training but i found the handles slippery and dropped them before finishing. the medely could have been alot faster, i didnt work much on the yoke leading up to the show. The one event i was happy with was the log press, usually i dont play the could 've game but im confident i had at least 10-12 reps in me. I had done 9 in training.

I have a lot of training to do before CSM and i dont work until after the comp as of today. I wont have any excuses if i dont do well because they are really good events for me. The goal is top 5 again, if that doesnt happen ill have to decide if ill compete again next year.

It would have been a totally different story if Matt would have been there as he always comes prepared.

John was very impressive and pushed me.

Moe is a beast and hopefully we can get some good event training in before CSM

Tyler seemed a bit off, maybe not as into it. He is capable of being in the top 3.

Dump was rusty and if he had more than 2 weeks to train he would have done alot better.
