July 3rd 7:30 pm (will start around 8:00)
1) Max 18" Flintstone deadlift. 3 Attempts. Straps allowed. Suits Allowed. We will start with plates, 550-600-650 then the stones which will be around 700+, three attempts, open at whatever you want. After 700 we will do 50ish lb increments.
2) Atlas stones to stands 270-60" 305-60" 335-54" 365-54" 420-48" (FYI we have to make these stands, if that fails, we will use the trust old wooden boxes of approx same height)

July 4th 1:00 pm
1) Farmers 265lbs for 80' then 325lbs back, head to head, for time, unlimited drops
2) Log Press reps - 250 or 300 10" logs, head to head, reps in 1 minute (one
rep on 300 beats any reps at 250), one clean (or more if you want)
3) Progressive Wheel Barrel 80' (so heavy no one makes 80'), but timed in case
two people do
4) Semi Harness Pull - 80' with rope assist
5) Medley (kegs 220lbs-25', 275lbs-25', yoke-850-50', chain drag-600+-50')

We have one pickup already at the Winnipeg Airport at 4:15.

Anyone else know their time of arrival?
