Am 1 hour cardio, jog and walk Pm Squats 135x5 225x5x5x5x5x5 313x3x3x3x3x3 I did these raw, and standing on a five pound plate, felt good My training schedule that i was thinking of doing for the new year, after Minneapolis consistsof: Monday 4:30 am 1/2 hr cardio, Bench Press, accessory work Tuesday 4:30 am 1 hr cardio Wednesday 4:30 am 1/2 hr cardio, Deadlifts, accessory work Thursday 4:30 am 1 hr cardio Friday 4:30 am 1/2 hr cardio, Squats, accessory work Saturday Events Sunday OFF! The last few months i have been goin to bed around 10-10:30, and i am wide awake between 3:30-4. I figured i would try this type of schedule for a while, as there is no one in the gym that early. Also this year i am making a attempt to start eating alot more clean food. See if i cant lean out a bit for this upcoming season. Weather it will happen.... Time will tell. Current BW 298 lbs |
