squats 135x10 225x10 315x4x4 405x3x3 495x0...tried these with my straps up and a belt February 1 squats 135x10 225x4x4 315x3x3 405x4 455x2x2 495x0...this again was with my suit on ..straps up and belt on...basically said to hell with it and put my rheband shorts back on 495x3x3 545x2x2 595x1x1 Febraury 2 deadlift 135x10 225x5 275x5 365x5 455x5 475x4..no belt 525x3 565x0.... |

Maybe you are squatting 2x and Deadlifting once in 4 days? I realize you did take one day off in between...but..maybe..that is why?

I agree with Brent, with squatting heavy and pulling heavy inside of 72 hours, you are probably not recovering and should probably have the light bulb turn on
soon.

after a week off...

Front squat 225x3x3
Basically will be going back to something I did a while back…week 1 take a weight and do is for 5 sets of 5..add 10 lbs per week; week 2 will be a max for a double….the idea is to always increase the weight. I have had decent success with this in the past and I needed to do something different. |
