Car deadlift will be the cradle that Brent has. I am still finalizing the vehicle we will use.I want to go heavy so we max out at 10 reps. I can adjust the
cradle.Train for heavy! Medley will be log from last year and approx 90 lb dumbbell. Brent is supplying thick and reg barbell.(4) in total.

Farmers Walk
220lbs on short Pulse Farmers 295lbs on the long Pulse Farmers Will make it a little easier for everyone! Harness Pull If it works to pull the tow truck, it will be a heavy one! Last year we pulled it a bit in the morning, but it sank into the pavement in the heat. So..they plan on not letting it sit in that spot until its time to pull. This could be a puker! Car deadlift: Blair is going to test a truck on the pulse side handle DL. Facing in. Will raise the implements about 4" from ground. Not sure what height that is, will measure tomorrow if anyone wants to know. For the overhead press: 90-100lb Dumbell (might use a thick handled one..waiting to hear from Blair) 185lb Keg 220lb Wooden Log 240lb Std Bar 260lb Thick bar Implements can be done in any order. best time to # of implements wins. Tire Flip These tires were pretty light last year. I think McDole did them in low 30's for 10 flips. But he is pretty quick!! Nice way to end the day. Blair is still trying to put together a payout package. In case i have not said it before, this is a great location and a fun contest. Wish i could be there with you guys. My family always enjoys this one. It's up to 7 entries, and i hear of a few more that have not entered yet. Please email me if you are going! |
