I have a feeling the west will be represented quite well this year. Odd how there is no farmers, or squat this year though |

I was told last year that the first one will be cut down because of its dancing. I think that we will see farmers in the Med. I don't know this for sure
but The Tire is usualy there so I think they just got switched.

I for one am excited abut this show... I have a feeling that Canada will only get one WSM spot.. I think LPJ has pulled ahead of the field and i think Savoie
and Caron have both improved and will battle for 2nd and 3rd... and then i think you have a group of 3 Connors, Cummine and Moricke that will battle for
placings in the top 6 .. any one know if the west got to send a replacement athlete...tyler???

I'm not sure what happened exactly but Hugo thought Mo was injured and gave his spot to someone from Ontario without talking to him....or something along
those lines

you nailed it on the head 100%!!!!! you watch ... somehow now the west will only get two spots... your abilities aren't the issue.. you are right tho.. you would get drilled and you would be last with a bullet ...but you would have fun for sure and i think with your passion you would go back to CSM as a legit contender... the fact remains we have operated under a set a structure and that was based on the regions autonomy to hold their own contests and crown their representatives.. the structure has been the west = 3 spots, Ontario = 2 spots, Quebec = 5 spots and the Atlantic = 2 spots.. If i were Atlantic's # 3 guy i would go to Quebec on my own dollar and ask to compete. unfair I say... Cheers J |

Well, if that's the case it will be pathetic. IMO, west should have at least four spots. Mind you, I can tell you the soprt (well, those trying for
spots at the national level) are dying quickly because the weights are not just getting too heavy but simply ridiculous. It's terrible when you see athlete
after athlete getting injured.
Tough times don't last....tough people do!!!!

Well..i am not sure about the west should get 4 spots. (Hate to say it here).
Look how many guys have doing our westerns the last few years. Look how many do the Ontarios? 7 versus 20. this year, and 7 versus 16. I do realize it costs more for us to travel, but i am sure Hugo is looking at the numbers. |
